A break in the court hearing on criminal case against Yu. Tymoshenko is announced in Pechersk District Court till 12.05 pm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Judge of Pechersk District Court, chair Judge of Yu. Tymoshenko’s criminal case Rodion Kireyev left for the deliberative room in order to make decision concerning two motions of Yu. Tymoshenko.
In particular, she made a motion for recusal of the judge and asked to announce a break in the court hearing in order to find new defenders during three days.
Judge R. Kireyev tried to interrupt Yu. Tymoshenko several times and asked her to stand up.
“Maybe you will just ask me to bend the knee? I despise you and it’s true”, she said addressing R. Kireyev. However she did not stand up from her place.
